Physician Authority Infrastructure
Physicians build authority.
Atlas carries it.
The authority, attribution & growth operating system for healthcare practices.
Atlas Authority is the infrastructure that faithfully carries physician authority into the digital world — it observes every surface where patients discover you, executes improvements under your approval, measures what each change actually did, and compounds what it learns.
The Problem
How patients find you has changed. Permanently.
For two decades, a practice’s digital presence meant a website and a Google ranking. That world is gone. A prospective patient now moves through AI assistants that recommend specific practices by name, search pages that answer the question before a single click, map results, review platforms, and short-form video — and every one of those systems forms its own machine judgment about who you are.
“The underlying authority is not deficient.
Its digital representation is.”
Decades of training, thousands of cases, board certification, the respect of your peers — the authority is real. What search and AI systems reward is a complete, consistent, machine-readable corroboration of that authority, maintained continuously across every surface. They cannot reward what they cannot verify. Most practices do not have a visibility problem; they have incomplete entity corroboration — and no instrument that can even see it, let alone fix it and prove the fix worked.
The Platform
Built the way medicine works.
Atlas was built by a practicing surgeon to address this the way medicine addresses anything serious: baseline first, intervene deliberately, measure honestly, keep the record.
Diagnose
An 86-variable baseline across every discovery surface — frozen before anything changes.
Build
Improvements executed under named human approval; every change dated and written down before it happens.
Measure
A causal engine grades what each change actually did — and refuses to claim what the data cannot support.
Compound
Every measured intervention joins a permanent memory that makes the next action smarter.
Digital discovery behaves as layered infrastructure — technical foundation, entity corroboration, content depth, local presence, reputation, AI accessibility. The weakest layer binds the others. Atlas exists to find the constraint, fix it, and prove the fix moved the number.
The Discipline
Detect. Investigate. Adjudicate. Approve.
Automated rules detect. AI investigates why. A statistics engine decides whether it worked. A named human approves anything that touches your live presence. That division of labor is enforced by the code — not by a policy document.
The Intervention Ledger
Every change is written down before it happens — what, when, what it cost, and a pre-declared prediction of its effect. The record is append-only and tamper-evident: your practice’s digital history becomes an asset no one can rewrite.
The Causal Engine
When something changes, Atlas compares what happened against what the data says would have happened anyway — the interrupted time-series method family used in clinical-policy research. “Definitely caused” is not in its vocabulary; refusing to estimate is a feature.
Always-On Sentinels
Fourteen deterministic rules watch the panel daily — search clicks, map share, ratings, calls, site speed, AI-crawler access, uptime, SSL. Firings are logged, investigated, and dispositioned — not emailed into a void.
The Monthly Close
Business outcomes reconcile into a signed report with attribution confidence stated on every line — deterministic above documented, with the unattributed remainder reported, never allocated. Both parties sign.
An absence is recorded as an absence, never a silent zero. Atlas never fakes real-time.
Counted, Not Claimed
The platform, by the numbers.
62/62 engine tests green, including a known-answer simulation lab · 16/16 integrity sentinels · 226/226 site-platform verification checks · 2 adversarial red-team rounds — every finding fixed and locked as a regression test.
Platform figures are counted from the shipped configuration, code, and test batteries of the Atlas engine, August 2026. Every number Atlas shows a practice carries an evidence label — Measured · Modeled · Benchmarked · Proposed · To Be Validated — and results are reported favorable or not.
The software can be copied. The longitudinal intervention dataset cannot.
By Construction
Patients never enter the system.
Two separate data planes
Marketing measurement lives in one store; business outcomes live in another. The boundary is structural — enforced by the architecture, not by a promise.
No patient identity
The import mapping has no field for names, birthdates, or addresses — they are never read. Phone and email become one-way salted codes at the instant of import.
No third-party tags
A permanent structural rule, not a preference. Analytics run self-hosted on infrastructure the practice controls; IP addresses are not stored.
